Privacy Policy.

Effective July 2, 2026. Plain English, with the specifics.

1. What we collect

Operator data: name, country, payout details (bank or wallet), tax ID where required, Telegram user ID, and the messages you send to your store and to @sellixybot.

Buyer data (per store): shipping name and address, contact, order contents, payment metadata (we do not store raw card numbers), and any messages exchanged with the store's AI.

Technical data: device, IP, and basic usage signals to keep the platform secure and debug failures.

2. How we use it

To run your store: source products, run ad campaigns, route fulfillment, process payments, ship to buyers, and handle returns and support.

To pay you: compute the 20% owed on each completed order and send it on the next 10th or 25th payout run.

To improve the operator AI for your store. We do not use your buyers' personal data, your store conversations, or your operator chats to train external public models.

To meet legal obligations such as tax, anti-fraud, and KYC checks.

3. Buyer data belongs to the store it was generated in

We do not sell buyer lists. We do not share buyer data across operators. We do not let one Sellixy store query another store's customers.

Sellixy uses buyer data to fulfill that buyer's order, provide support, and protect both sides against fraud — nothing else.

4. Who we share with

Payment processors and card networks (to take payment and refund where applicable).

Shipping carriers and warehouse partners in the regions we fulfill from (US, UK, EU, UAE, APAC).

Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) — for ad delivery and measurement, never your buyers' raw contact data.

Cloud and security vendors that host our infrastructure under written data-processing agreements.

Authorities when legally compelled by valid process.

5. Storage and security

Stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Access to operator and buyer data is role-scoped and audit-logged. Engineers do not browse stores; access is request-and-approve.

If a breach affects you, we notify within 72 hours along with regulators where required.

6. Retention

Order, payout, and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation (typically 7 years).

Live operational data (chats, drafts, ad creatives) is retained for as long as your store is active plus 90 days after cancellation, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Access: ask your store for a copy of the data we hold about you.

Correction and deletion: request changes or erasure where retention law allows.

Portability: export your order and payout history.

Object / restrict: limit how we process your data for marketing analytics.

Exercise any right by typing 'privacy request' in your Telegram store; a human handles it.

8. Cookies and trackers

@sellixybot is a Telegram bot, not a website session — no cookies on the chat itself.

Our marketing site uses minimal first-party analytics. We do not place advertising cookies on this site.

9. International transfers

Sellixy operates globally; data may be processed in any region where our fulfillment, support, or infrastructure lives, under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
